Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay over Labor Day weekend, thanks to the exceptional front desk staff and the comfortable room. I appreciated the convenient shuttle service and the nice pool, although the internet speed was disappointing and the resort fee left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, it was a memorable trip but could use some improvements in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything I wanted to see. The staff, especially Mike, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. However, the room left a lot to be desired as it felt dated and had a strange odor. Additionally, dining options were overpriced and underwhelming. Overall, the value for money was questionable considering the room quality.
My experience at the hotel had a mix of highs and lows. The staff were truly exceptional, especially Tony at the front desk who helped me when my bags got lost. The location was great, close to ski resorts with convenient shuttle service. However, the rooms felt dated and in need of some updates, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited, which left me wanting more variety. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its prime location and outstanding staff but could improve on its facilities.
The hotel boasts a great central location with easy access to various restaurants and activities. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Mike at the front desk, who provided excellent recommendations. However, the rooms felt dated and lacked sufficient lighting, which was a letdown, and the absence of chairs on the balcony limited our enjoyment of the views.
